Membership in Sisters in Crime is open to all persons worldwide who have a special interest in mystery writing and in furthering the
purposes of Sisters in Crime .
The current membership is more than 2,900 people, including 1,560 publishing authors. We invite mystery writers, other authors, readers, editors, agents, booksellers, critics and reviewers, librarians, and others to join. Sisters in Crime publishes a quarterly newsletter to facilitate networking and communication among members; members also receive the membership Directory and, twice a year, Books in Print. Annual membership is $40.00; membership information may be obtained from sistersincrime@juno.com or:
A Note from National October 31, 2009 - Renewal Deadline: January 1, 2010.
Renewal notices will be sent to all national members in December by e-mail and to those who don't use computers
by mail. National dues have not been increased and are still $40 for US and Canada. All other countries add $5. You may now use MC/Visa on the new site. Paypal is no longer
available. There is also an option to send a check to the national office when you are renewing. Checks are fine but please use the web site
to renew even if you are going to send a check. You can save the organization thousands of dollars by using www.sistersincrime. org to renew or change your
address, e-mail or any other change to your membership profile. You do not need to e-mail Beth or Rowan Mt. to change your address.
We encourage all members to renew on the new web site at www.sistersincrime.org
. A current member will need to be logged in to renew. All members were sent usernames and passwords on Sept. 1; check your e-mail from that date and your
spam folder. If you don't have access please e-mail Beth Wasson at sistersincrime@juno.com . Your username and password will be sent to you. As always, if you've forgotten only your password you may have it sent to you through
the web site. Usernames and passwords used prior to September 1 will not work nor will your e-mail address. We hope you have logged in because so much of the
information is under the "Members Only" section.

Sisters in Crime National is continuing their need based dues waivers for 2010. We
want to be able to help those members who are not able to pay their 2010 dues. Partial payment is also available. To make this happen for you please e-mail Beth at sistersincrime@juno.com .
