Sisters in Crime Heart of Texas Chapter participates in the Texas Book Festival on the grounds of the state Capitol. Our members distribute information packets and talk to prospective members about the organization. Member authors are scheduled throughout the 2-day event to autograph books. National Sisters in Crime is our co-sponsor.
